Booking Policy

A 50% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking (via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash).

A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the tour or on the same day of the tour.
Payment policy

Bank Transfer: Please add $25 USD to cover incoming wire fees.

PayPal: A 7% surcharge will be applied to cover transaction fees.

Cash: Accepted without additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations by Buenaventura Fishing and Tours

Buenaventura Fishing and Tours reserves the right to cancel or make changes to a tour at any time, even after a booking has been confirmed.

Guests will be notified as soon as possible and may choose to accept the new arrangements or cancel the tour with a 100% refund.

If rescheduled, there is no expiration, though rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Cancellations by the Guest

In the case of a no-show without notice, the deposit is non-refundable and the tour cannot be rescheduled.

If the guest ends the tour early due to seasickness, the full price remains payable.
3. Cancellations Due to Major Changes

If the tour must be cancelled due to severe weather, unsafe ocean conditions, natural disasters, or similar major events, guests may either:

Reschedule the tour (no expiration, subject to availability), or

Cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.

While every effort will be made to notify guests in advance, last-minute cancellations may occur due to unpredictable conditions in Nosara.
